About the Team
Our team is dedicated to helping customers achieve successful IT transformation and adoption through financial management. We engage directly and collaboratively with customers, partners, and internal AWS teams to deliver cloud value advisory expertise, business value case development, and Cloud Financial Management best practices and methodologies.
As a Cloud Economics Transformation Leader, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the largest customers in the world, helping them transform the way they purchase, manage, and optimize IT services. You will engage with customers' Enterprise IT, Operations, and Finance teams to implement best practices for adoption and cost savings.
We are looking for a motivated self-starter who is passionate about working directly with customers to help organizations adopt new processes, purchasing strategies, and cross-functional collaboration to embrace technologies at scale and ensure long-term customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Become the subject matter expert in all cost and commercial related aspects of the customer lifecycle
- Provide customers with cost-related insights, metrics, and KPIs
- Educate and enable customers with tools to successfully manage and IT spend
- Assessing reporting and analytic needs of customers, identifying solutions and approaches to meet those needs
- Communicating, establishing, and measuring KPIs to track progress and success of transformation and optimization within customer organizations
- Managing numerous requests concurrently and strategically
