As a Bilingual Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will be integral in supporting a diverse clientele, from startups to Fortune 500 enterprises, providing high-level technical guidance and become their trusted advisor.
The AWS Global Support team is responsible for driving revenue and growth among small, mid-market, and enterprise-level customers, including those in the public sector. Your role will not be sales-focused; instead, it’s an opportunity to assist customers in their innovation journey through expert consultations that span various technologies such as Compute, Storage, Database, Networking, and Security.
As a TAM, you will :
- Provide tailored engagements including Strategic Business Reviews, Security Improvement Programs, and Cost Optimization workshops.
- Consult on architecture, operations, governance, and cost management best practices.
- Develop close relationships with customers, understanding their operational needs and technical challenges.
- Advocate for customers and offer strategic technical guidance for their AWS solutions.
- Maintain the health and operational efficiency of customers' AWS environments.
This role may require travel up to 10% of the time as needed. Your technical expertise and customer-facing skills will empower you to engage effectively with senior leadership on matters such as incident management and operational risks.
