- Manage the working relationship with global organizations, developing a long-term Professional Services strategy and executing that strategy within those accounts.
- Serve as a trusted advisor for our largest and most committed customers, overseeing all aspects of business development, relationship development, delivery oversight, and program management.
- Engage with customers to understand their business drivers and customer portfolio.
- Identify & develop specific opportunities and supporting business cases.
- Demand creation, deal shaping, including estimations and deal pricing.
- Identify potential opportunity & delivery risks, and define Mitigation plans for such risks & issues.
- Provide Executive Oversight for delivery of projects in account, ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Lead innovation and scoping workshops with Customers.
- Act as the single point of contact for Customer executives, developing deep, trustful relations.
- Educate customers on AWS services and translate those into a clear business value proposition.
- Envision and inspire customers.
- Coach Customer and Partner teams to be self-sufficient.

The base pay for this position ranges from $138,200 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $239,000 / year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
