Responsibilities
- Serve as a specialist advisor for Amazon Q Business, developing scalable best practices and educating the broader community.
- Assist customers in building production-ready solutions, including complex integrations with existing systems.
- Engage with customer executives to shape technology strategy and envision innovative solutions.
- Drive high-level discussions across organizations, represent the company at conferences, and communicate effectively to diverse audiences.
Qualifications
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7 years of hands-on experience building and deploying cloud solutions.
- Experience developing enterprise search solutions integrating multiple datasources (e.g., Sharepoint, Confluence, Salesforce).
- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models, RAG-based systems, and Vector databases.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
