AWS Industry Products (IP) is an engineering organization chartered to build new AWS products by applying Amazon's innovation mechanisms and digital technologies to real-world industry problems.
We dive deep with industry leaders to solve problems and unblock industries, enabling them to capitalize on new digital business models.
Our technical challenges involve back-end software engineering, edge computing, applied science, and front-end development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and apply quantitative algorithms to make industry process analysis relevant and actionable for operations engineers.
- Build software and information systems to process massive scale operational data, infer information relationships across complex systems, train decision models, and apply them to critical operations at industrial scale.
- Work closely with innovative, market-leading customers to drive effective digital transformation of entire industries and their supply chains.
Requirements:
- 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2 years of non-internship design or architecture experience of new and existing systems
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
