We are seeking a supply chain manager to deliver the best operating, lowest cost infrastructure in the world. In this role supporting the HW Commodity team, you will plan, coordinate and manage allocations of infrastructure components across multiple manufacturers and suppliers.

In This Role, You Will

Understand forecasting, demand planning, material planning, and manufacturing processes to manage inventory movements across the supply chain

Work with component suppliers and server manufacturers to analyze, adjust, and reconcile inventory levels across 30 inventory locations

Participate in requirements gathering

Understand the supply chain network and work with various analytics and software development teams, driving automation

Develop analytical tools and dashboards to track metrics, monitor SLAs, and report findings

Produce written recommendations and insights for key stakeholders to help shape solution design

Basic Qualifications

2 years of program or project management experience

1 years of supply chain experience

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology

Experience in MS Access and SQL

Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $55,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $120,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
