We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, hands-on Creative Project Manager to support the creation of content within North America Stores Creative. This role is instrumental in delivering engaging experiences for our customers and creating bar-raising creative in conjunction with our creative and marketing partners. This candidate should be comfortable working cross-functionally, managing project timelines, and ensuring deadlines are met while working with marketing partners to adjust schedules when needed. They should be comfortable leading internal and agency-produced work and being the key project driver with internal stakeholders.

Key Job Responsibilities
- Manage multiple parallel projects working with designers, writers, developers, business leaders, and external vendors.
- Manage end-to-end process and mechanisms for content creation including defining prioritization criteria, schedules, stages and gates, and stakeholders’ roles and responsibilities.
- Ensure all deliverables meet business partner expectations, including adherence to established timelines and budgets.
- Uphold standards and best practices methods.
- Ensure the creative team focuses on priority projects, knows the project vision, objectives, and requirements.
- Collect and synthesize input from stakeholders and share with the creative team.
- Communicate to the creative team project status, flagging and troubleshooting potential issues.
- Create, maintain, and disseminate project information to stakeholders and senior management.
- Remove roadblocks, disambiguate situations that impede designers and other stakeholders' improvements where relevant.
- On-board and manage external vendor resources.
