About the Role
">We are seeking a highly experienced Data Center Security Program Director to lead our data center security program. As a Data Center Security Program Director, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing security programs for our data centers around the world.
">Your Responsibilities
">- Lead the development and implementation of security programs to ensure secure and controlled access to data centers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Develop and maintain security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for security system testing and acceptance, and ensuring operational readiness at project completion.
Your Qualifications
">- Masters degree in a related field, such as engineering, computer science, or cybersecurity.
- 8 years of experience in data center security program leadership.
- Proven track record of success in leading cross-functional teams and developing strategic plans.
- Strong understanding of security protocols and procedures, including those related to access control, surveillance, and incident response.
- Possession of relevant certifications, such as PSP, CPP, or PMP.
