Finance Manager, North America AMXL Last Mile Execution Finance

Description

At the intersection of Finance, Operations and Network Optimization, the Last Mile Execution Finance team serves as a key partner to the Business to achieve and exceed unit cost and productivity targets. The leader will drive with a large-degree of autonomy tactical to Think Big quantitative analysis for Amazon's specialty Last Mile transportation network (AMXL). Candidates should be proficient with and comfortable with defining and developing financial frameworks and modeling from ground up.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science)
• 5 years of finance experience, or Master’s degree and 3 years of finance experience
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 6 years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience
• 6 years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) experience
• MBA, or CPA
• Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results
