The Amazon Leadership Experience (ALX) org builds intelligent products that inform human judgement at scale. We productized ‘happy paths’, simplifying our processes and reducing manual effort. We strive to codify Amazon’s talent philosophy within our products by leveraging both ‘psychology and science’ to provide actionable insights to managers, leaders, and HRBPs.
The Talent Reviews team within ALX organization is seeking an experienced FEE II to build our next generation UX from the ground up. We are leveraging GenAI capabilities to simplify and streamline experiences as we reinvent the talent review experience that tens of thousands of leaders at all levels across Amazon participate in throughout the year.
As a member of our team, you will learn about internal systems and processes that have a big impact on Amazon's culture, and you will have a direct seat at the table for influencing our direction as we brainstorm new ideas with our customers and build measurable experiments to test them out.
While our focus is with internal teams, we operate as a typical Amazon team, building systems that leverage the latest AWS technologies. We have great access and connection with our internal customers, which are literally a meeting invite or slack away.

We are looking for individuals that operate with a high degree of ownership and customer obsession, and are able to collaborate well with internal partners and stakeholders in order to meet VP and S-team objectives.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years of non-internship professional front end, web or mobile software development using JavaScript, HTML and CSS experience
- 1 years of computer science fundamentals (object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, problem solving and complexity analysis) experience
- Experience using JavaScript frameworks such as angular and react
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 1 years of agile software development methodology experience
- Experience with common front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JS, TypeScript, and Node

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $129,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $223,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
