We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Campus Recruiter to manage high-volume, full-cycle recruitment efforts for our Generative AI and Science divisions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for identifying top talent, building strong relationships with academic institutions, and driving our campus recruitment strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for Gen AI and Science roles.
- Campus Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and academic programs to attract top talent.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication, feedback, and support throughout the recruitment process.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize recruitment metrics and data to refine strategies and improve the effectiveness of campus recruitment efforts.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in campus recruitment, preferably within the technology or scientific sectors.
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Knowledge of Gen AI and Science fields is required.

Pay Range: $50 - $55 per hour
