We are looking for a dynamic, customer-obsessed, and innovative Senior Designer specializing in Kids and Baby Apparel Design to join our Amazon Private Brands Design team.In this role, you will design and develop products for Amazon's core brands, primarily focusing on Kids and Baby Apparel. The ideal candidate will have a strong design background and a passion for premium and contemporary design details. They will be highly technical, experienced in Kids and Baby product development, and have an extensive history of working directly with vendors and factories. Proficiency in digital design tools is necessary, along with a readiness to adopt new technologies and data inputs to accelerate and improve development without compromising quality.Successful candidates will demonstrate a proven ability to create cohesive, on-brand products across multiple categories with exceptional attention to detail. This hands-on role requires high judgment, executing against brand tenants, and proactive ownership. We value collaboration and creative excellence within our global team.
