DESCRIPTION
We're hiring an Instock Manager to oversee inventory management and seller partnerships in our US3P business, specifically in Fashion and Fitness, and Consumables categories. You'll work directly with program teams, sellers, and Customer Success Managers to enhance product availability, increase speed to the customer, and streamline supply chain operations.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong organizational skills and proven data analysis capabilities. You should have a track record of building successful supply chain operational initiatives, managing inventory health, and a commitment to excellent customer experience. Success in this role requires the ability to manage both strategic projects and daily tactical operations in a fast-paced environment.
We require hands-on inventory management experience and solid business fundamentals. You must demonstrate success in managing large product catalogs, identifying and solving operational problems, and improving processes. The role demands someone who can effectively lead both internal and external teams through ambiguous situations while maintaining a strong customer focus.
Key job responsibilities
- Optimize inventory levels and supply chain workflows across Fashion, Fitness, and Consumables categories to ensure maximum product availability
- Build and maintain seller relationships while partnering with Customer Success Managers to improve seller operational performance
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, create actionable insights, and implement process improvements
- Develop and execute strategic plans that balance short-term operational needs with long-term business growth opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams and external partners to drive operational excellence in an fast-paced environment
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years of with Excel experience
- Bachelor's degree, or 5 years of professional or military experience
- Experience working with complex data sets
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of statistics or other analytical techniques
- Experience with SQL

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $109,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
