The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution team and own end-to-end outbound transfer process between Distribution Centers (DCs) and downstream spokes within the Amazon Grocery network
- Drive continuous improvement in On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) metrics through data-driven analysis and systematic problem-solving
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize the current process of managing the inventory transfers
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders including DC Operations, ISMs, and carriers to ensure flawless execution and enhance network efficiency
- Build and maintain complex analytical models to evaluate routing efficiencies and network optimization opportunities
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with Operations Integration and Tech teams to identify and resolve systemic issues
- Define and implement technical requirements for process automation and scalability
- 6 years of supply chain experience
- 3 years of team management experience
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data modeling
- Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership
- MBA
- Knowledge of SQL at an intermediate level, including: compile queries, subqueries, aggregation/grouping, data modification, etc.
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience with grocery/perishable goods supply chain; knowledge of transportation management systems and warehouse operations
