Job Summary
Join our team as a dynamic and analytical marketer focused on driving Prime member acquisition, retention, and engagement. As part of the US Prime CXO team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the Prime customer experience through innovative experimentation. Utilizing customer insights and best practices, you will develop and execute experiments to optimize the understanding of Prime benefits among customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop content experiment ideas and hypothesis based on customer insights
- Create messaging and creative strategies to highlight Prime benefits and features
- Complete experiment set up, reviews, and launch
- Analyze experiment results and publish key insights
- Identify opportunities to enhance current CX and develop an experimentation roadmap
- Collaborate with partner teams and stakeholders to define, manage, and prioritize work
Skills
- Ownership mindset with a bias for action
- Experience in execution and operational roles with a track record of generating ideas
- Proficiency in conducting experiments and analyzing analytics
- Ability to balance execution with creativity
- Comfortable making decisions based on data-driven insights
Qualifications
- 5 years of total experience with 2-4 years in A/B Testing, Digital Copywriting, Experimentation, Marketing Analytics, and Online Marketing
- Understanding of HTML and A/B testing tools

Pay Range: $50 - $57 per hour
