As a Prime Video technologist, you’ll have end-to-end ownership of the product, user experience, design, and technology required to deliver state-of-the-art experiences for our customers. As part of the Prime Video Search team, you will get to work on projects that are fast-paced and challenging. We look for you to bring your product and technical chops and willingness to be strategic or hands-on as needed.
In this role, you will drive Search relevance and query processing initiatives. You would partner with business leaders and apply cutting edge solutions to redefine Search experience.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 10 years of end to end product delivery experience
- 8 years of technical product or program management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Demonstrated success in working with science and engineering in launching AI/ML solutions
- Expertise in driving clarity across complexity and driving ambiguous initiatives
- Experience working in Search/Ads/Personalization relevance/ranking solutions

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $161,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
