Principal Product Manager - Technical, Trust Policy & Responsibility

Amazon
Seattle, WA Full Time
POSTED ON 4/9/2025
AVAILABLE BEFORE 6/9/2025

DESCRIPTION

We are on a mission to create and deliver ground-breaking experiences powered by AI—experiences that are not only intelligent and intuitive, but also safe, trustworthy, and responsible. As part of our team, you’ll help shape the future of how customers interact with technology, enhancing and enriching their lives through innovative products built with trust and responsibility in mind. If you're passionate about building end-to-end experiences that prioritize customer trust while pushing the boundaries of what's possible with AI, we'd love to work with you. Come join the Trust Policy & Responsibility team, part of the Devices & Services Trust Privacy and Accessibility organization.

Key job responsibilities
• Drive the product vision for Responsible AI (RAI) for AI-powered features that seamlessly blend voice, vision, and trust
• Design end-to-end customer experiences, ensuring every touchpoint is grounded in trust and responsibility while pushing technical boundaries
• Collaborate cross-functionally with partner teams — including engineering, science, UX, and policy — to bring your vision to life and ensure seamless, high-quality implementation.
• Own and execute ambitious RAI roadmaps, delivering measurable impact and customer value at scale.
• Shape the future of AI experiences that customers can love and trust

A day in the life
In this role, no two days are the same — and that’s by design. You’ll spend a good part of your time engaging with a wide range of cross-functional partners across engineering, science, UX, legal, policy, and other product teams to gather insights, clarify requirements, and uncover both issues and opportunities.

You’ll participate in frequent brainstorming sessions to shape new ideas, solve complex problems, and design fixes that address not just immediate needs, but also set us up for long-term success. Staying connected is key: you’ll attend cross-org syncs to stay informed on evolving strategies and dependencies, while also representing your work in key forums.

You’ll help drive the team forward by demoing your products and CX to senior leaders — including VPs and SVPs — and ensuring what we build is responsible, innovative, and aligned with our broader vision of trust and customer impact.
