The Kindle Devices team is seeking a customer-obsessed Product Management leader to help us build an enterprise device management framework for Kindle Scribe. This role will help develop a plan to ensure Kindle hardware, software and services work together increase employee productivity, collaboration and creativity. With Kindle Scribe, employees are more organized, company data is secured and businesses can transform how they capture, review and share ideas. This is a hands-on role, researching individual accounts, gathering requirements, and coordinating with engineering and business teams to build and roadmap and drive execution. You will be at the center of activity and will need to lead multiple teams through your actions and direction.
Key job responsibilities
- You will work cross-functionally with engineers, other product managers, program managers, and senior leaders to build a device management framework for Kindle Scribe.
- Be a passionate advocate for the customer: Understand and articulate customer needs, leverage internal knowledge, external customer feedback, and business metrics to influence across teams
- Write product requirements, define use cases, define customer experience
- Lead execution of the product strategy with a high-level of discipline and engagement with customers, Organizations' development teams, and partner teams
- Own the business metrics and KPIs for your products and services
- Develop product strategy and prioritization while working with internal and external stakeholders to deliver results
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience technical product management
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
- Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $161,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
