Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $158,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $262,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. - Own and engineer complex technical solutions for enterprise freight customers, leading 2-3 concurrent strategic initiatives
- Develop comprehensive business cases and GTM strategies for new solutions that drive significant revenue impact
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to influence roadmaps and drive development of market-ready solutions
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute on strategic initiatives that enhance customer experience and drive business growth
- Analyze project outcomes and present results to senior leadership, measuring impact against forecasted targets
- Identify opportunities to scale solutions across the freight transportation ecosystem
- Drive innovation in freight technology solutions while maintaining operational excellence

Basic Qualifications
- 7 years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- 7 years of professional or military experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience influencing innovation through a partner ecosystem with either solutions or programs that have demonstrated success at enterprise customers
- Experience in transportation/logistics technology, enterprise software solutions, or related field
- Experience leading complex technical initiatives with demonstrated business impact
- Track record of successful partnership with Product and Engineering teams
- Experience in business case development and financial modeling
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience as a founder or executive focused on related segments, or as a practice leader or business unit owner
- Experience selling to Fortune 1000 or Global 2000 organizations
- Knowledge of transportation management systems and freight technologies
- Strong understanding of API integration and enterprise software architecture
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders
