The Program Manager will work cross-functionally to drive programs related to the alcohol category in an effort to improve the customer experience and grow the business. The successful candidate is be able to work independently, learn quickly and easily adapt to change, be comfortable with ambiguity while working in a fast-paced environment, and communicate with and be able to influence employees at all levels of the organization.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. - Understand the business and customer landscape at a local level and recommend and drive change to grow the business
- Understand our operational capabilities and work with partner teams to prioritize and implement needed improvements
- Identify and prioritize competitive gaps, and recommend responses
- Develop and maintain the roadmap of critical features required to improve customer experience and grow the alcohol business
- 4 years of compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention, or equivalent experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience handling confidential information
- 3 years of program requirements definition and data and metrics leveraging to drive improvements experience
- Professional auditing qualification, or similar risk or compliance credentials
- Experience with SQL and Excel
