Description

The Strategic Sourcing team, a division of the Supply Chain Optimization Technologies (SCOT) organization, plays a crucial role in ensuring access to a diverse range of products worldwide. They leverage supply chain systems and collaborative experiences with vendors to manage the sourcing and procurement of millions of items across hundreds of product lines globally. Within SCOT, the Inbound Infraction Management (IIM) program team focuses on vendor compliance and management, with the primary objective of enhancing efficiency and accuracy in the inbound process. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, data analysis expertise, project management skills, and a deep motivation to continuously improve processes. Experience working in a cross-functional capacity and a proven track record of delivering operational excellence are essential qualifications.
