Overview
Prime Video is seeking a Program Manager to help scale a centralized marketing localization program for our global operations. As a key member of the Central Marketing Localization (CML) team, you will be responsible for streamlining production workflows related to the localization of marketing materials and developing long-term vision and infrastructure to support growth and complexity.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise between Studios Production, Marketing, and third-party localization vendors on work related to the translation/adaptation, casting, recording, and versioning of Amazon Studios/Prime Video Originals marketing campaigns for global launch
- Project and Program Governance: Establish and enforce project governance processes, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and best practices
- Program Management: Develop, implement, and maintain programs that achieve strategic objectives
- Project Performance Monitoring: Track and report on project progress, milestones, and deliverables
- Resource Management: Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional team leads to allocate and optimize resources across projects
- Portfolio Management: Support in consultative capacity on the selection, prioritization, and alignment of projects with organizational goals and objectives
- Stakeholder Management: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders
Requirements
- 3 years of creative services experience
- 3 years of entertainment, brand, or production entity experience
- Experience and understanding of the workflow within a marketing, production, or creative department or company
- Experience working at or with a creative or advertising agency, network, streaming service, or studio
- Experience working with stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on or with large-scale, global creative campaigns
- Experience with asset management, design workflows, or partnering with creative teams
