Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. - You must be a highly-effective communicator, capable of leading meetings, owning recaps and tracking milestones to report on.
- You will conduct data analysis to identify issues and implement significant process improvement projects within the team and larger business functions.

Key job responsibilities
- Manage ordering workflow for assigned projects including risk mitigation and escalations
- Anticipating program changes and working with stakeholders to understand associated impacts
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and create efficiencies through initiative projects
- Present project status and recommendations to senior leadership
- Develop, build and maintain positive relationships with internal program teams
- 3 years of program or project management experience
- 3 years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in project management and implementation with proven ability to design workable solutions and drive projects to successful
- Experience delivering end-to-end projects with executive visibility
- 3 years leading process improvement initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management skills across organizational levels
- Expertise in project scheduling and process development
- Experience in procurement, logistics, operations, or supply chain
