Amazon MGM Studios is the home for talent, creating and producing Original films and television series for a global audience. Original series premiere exclusively on Prime Video, which is available in more than 240 countries and territories worldwide. Amazon MGM Studios also produces and acquires Original movies for theatrical release and exclusively for Prime Video.
We are seeking an innovative and results oriented individual with a passion for original entertainment to join our growing Integrated Marketing team at Amazon MGM Studios. The Promotions Manager will be responsible for the strategy and execution of both 3rd party and internal promotional partnerships that build awareness of Amazon MGM Studios' series and films.
This candidate will work closely with various cross-functional teams including brand, media, strategy, creative, social, international, research, legal, synergy, PR and Amazon Ads as well as external agencies. The successful candidate will have a proven track record with concepting, developing and executing partnerships, will work autonomously to set the partnership roadmap, deliver measurable results, possess the ability to complete a high volume of task and projects quickly, have great attention to detail and organization skills. The candidate must have strong project management skills and excels at relationship building.
Key job responsibilities
- Develop innovative and impactful ideas that benefit brand partners and Amazon
- Collaborate with and manage external and internal partners and stakeholders to implement promotional campaigns to support Amazon MGM Studios' series and films
- Develop partnership strategy while managing complicated logistics that allow us to deliver a great customer experience
- Track and analyze key marketing metrics and campaign performance
- Work closely with internal cross-functional teams to implement brand partnerships across Amazon touchpoints
- Manage multiple marketing campaigns at one time
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 4 years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns
- Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in multi-territory campaign management
- Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process
- Experience developing and building partnership campaigns with internal and external brands

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $70,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $151,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
