Within AUTA, the AUTA Experience (AUTA-X) team provides a best-in-class internship experience (onboarding, early career development opportunities, and offboarding) to engage and retain top diverse talent. AUTA-X is seeking a coordinator to support our AMER intern program.
Successful candidates will work effectively at scale, thrive in ambiguous situations, and deliver multiple projects while contributing to a collaborative team environment. They possess strong communication skills and ability to manage team priorities against tight timelines. A proven track record of effective time management and taking initiative is important. Candidates should be comfortable with ambiguity and possess strong customer obsession.
Responsibilities:
• This role supports the AMER Intern Program by providing excellent customer support to our interns, managers and stakeholders.
• The coordinator is an integral partner in providing excellent customer support to our interns, managers and stakeholders such as managing intern program activities and building relationships across partners and stakeholders.
• Customer support responsibilities include providing front-line support to interns and hiring managers via email and case management systems.
• This candidate will deliver operational excellence, streamline processes for improvement, work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice, and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals.

Experience:
1 years of Recruiting, Coordination, Administration, Logistics HR or Equivalent experience.
Experience in High Volume Scheduling for multiple sites or Calendar Management
Degree or Diploma in HR or any related field
Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
Contract Length: 5 Months
Location: Arlington VA (Onsite)
Pay Range: $22 - $24 per hour
