DESCRIPTION
The Process Assistant reports directly to an Area Manager and supports Inbound, Outbound, and Support functions within a shift of the Fulfillment Center (FC). This position requires a results-oriented, high-energy, dynamic individual with both stamina and mental quickness to be able to successfully execute the launch, operation, and decommission of a seasonal facility in a fast-paced, ever changing enviroment.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Associates must be in good standing
Ability to work overtime as required
Ability to work flexible schedules/shifts/areas
Continued meeting or exceeding of department performance goals
Familiar with operations of assigned area. (Outbound or Inbound)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Education beyond High School, and/or prior experience managing employees
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated problem solving skills and analytical skills
• Demonstrated communication skills (written and verbal) with all levels of Amazon associates and management
• An awareness and willingness to use OE tools and techniques
• Leadership ability
•12 Months of experience in Problem Solve /ISS to include one peak season.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $18/hr in our lowest geographic market up to $23.50/hr in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
