The Devices Ad Products (EDGE) team is charged with inventing new advertising experiences across Amazon’s devices ecosystem to delight users while delivering results for advertisers seeking to reach this growing audience. We are a motivated team who has the unique benefit of building software systems that combine data science (AI/ML), device hardware, audience data and ad-tech.
Our mission is to make ads that are useful for audiences and advertisers alike. As a Senior Tech Business Developer on the Entertainment, Devices & Grocery ad Experiences (EDGE) team, you will program manage the development and launch of our display ad products and offerings across multiple International market segments. You will work with local sales and business stakeholders across multiple countries to identify advertising customers interested in connected tv advertising. To increase advertiser adoption, you will regularly demo the product, gather and channel customer feedback to the product teams. You will also develop and execute the long term strategy for supporting a growing set of advertisers, across multiple international market segments. Regularly communicate with senior management and other stakeholders on status, risks and release readiness. This is a highly visible program across multiple organizations where you will have the opportunity to have a huge impact.
Key job responsibilities
Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior management
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
5 years in program or project management or 3 years with an MBA
Experience owning program strategy and end to end delivery
5 years experience delivering cross functional projects or 3 years with an MBA
Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
Experience defining and executing against program requirements
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years of professional or military experience
- 5 years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $220,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
