SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST, REAL ESTATE FINANCE

Amazon seeks a highly motivated finance professional to play a lead role in Operations Finance supporting the Operations Real Estate Team. Ops Real Estate is responsible for the acquisition, design and management of global facilities across the Amazon Operations Network. This role will consistently engage with L7s and L8s across Ops Real Estate to reduce Operations infrastructure costs, improve business efficiency and lead ambiguous projects from ideation through implementation. Key job responsibilities

• Lead long- and short-term financial planning, including financial reviews with senior business partners (L7s / L8s)
• Develop partnerships across Operations and use data to influence leadership decision-making
• Guide business partners on how to execute financing modeling and analysis for novel initiatives
• Manage competing priorities to complete both ad-hoc and strategic projects
• Communicate financial insights (both written and verbal) in a clear and concise manner. Adapt communication based on intended audience to clearly articulate complex financial considerations.
• Seek opportunities to resolve defects proactively. Improve, scale, and simplify finance tools across teams and organizations
• Promote a positive and collaborative culture.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $60,200 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $128,800 / year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits.
