We are looking for a creative, customer-obsessed Senior Marketing Manager with strong organizational and analytical skills to bring our Lifecycle Marketing efforts to life, inclusive of owning key business initiative Go To Market (GTM) planning for Amazon Fresh Online and the marketing efforts for our Grocery Subscription program. You will define and optimize full Marketing campaigns based on best practices while implementing standard operating procedures and leveraging market trends plus customer insights. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders to ensure a cross-functional approach towards engaging with customers across different stages of the buyer’s journey while optimizing for the appropriate value proposition that each program or initiative offers to our customers.
The ideal candidate is a strong writer and earns trust through performance and relationship building, thinks strategically and analytically about customer challenges, and possesses a strong marketing background with focus on program development/management. The right candidate is data-driven, detail-oriented, and continually curious while having a strong record of delivering results timely and effectively.

The Worldwide Grocery Marketing team builds and operates Worldwide Grocery Store’s global marketing and brand strategy, inclusive of demand generation, visual design, analytics, product management, customer insights, and engineering to deliver growth in the business. We drive high quality traffic to our online business and oversee the end to end customer funnel from awareness through conversion and long term loyalty. Our guiding vision is to establish Amazon as the first-choice grocery store Worldwide and to drive adoption by net-new customer segments.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $106,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Key job responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive Lifecycle marketing strategies that engage, retain, and grow our customer base, inclusive of Email, Push, and Onsite Display advertising.
- Drive Go To Market (GTM) strategies across key programs and initiatives aimed at driving customer acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure project milestones and goals are met, creating personalized and targeted Marketing programs to effectively exceed expectations.
- Dive deep on campaign performance while continually evolving and optimizing strategies based on analyses.
- Serve as Marketing liaison across multiple ongoing initiatives while managing deliverables according to project workback schedules.
- Provide clear, consistent, and frequent communication to senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure clarity on Marketing activities and results.

Basic Qualifications
- 6 years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- 6 years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages
- Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
- Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint
