Key job responsibilities
We are looking to hire an experienced Senior Product Manager who will define and expand our Smart Home sales and acquisition strategy. You will build programs and products that help customers build an Alexa enabled intelligent Smart Home. Your primary focus area will be to grow our connected base of customers who use Alexa SH to engage with their Fire TV, Ring, and Blink products. The role has scope to expand with experience.
You will be joining a passionate, fun, and tenured team where everyone is focused on delivering significant impact for our customers. You have demonstrated experience in driving results with a team on a new or current product, manage multiple key stakeholder relationships, are comfortable in driving executive meetings/product roadmaps, and want to improve the customers experience on Alexa.
A day in the life
In this role, you are responsible for delivering on our customer acquisition goals. You take a data driven approach to target customers that could be interested in building their ambient Smart Home. You will create and deliver acquisition roadmap for different sub-segments of customers that includes marketing strategies, product/feature roadmaps, segmentation strategies, and financial analysis. You will have the opportunity to influence the new products and tech features for Alexa Smart Home. This role is inherently cross-functional and highly visible, working closely with stakeholders and earning trust at all levels. This role requires regular interaction with senior leadership, as such executive presence is key.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience -Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner -Experience owning technology products
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree or equivalent
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Prior experience within the Home Automation industry driving deals, technology integration, and/or sales enablement

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
