Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. - Deploy fleet-based technologies across the North America fleet
- Familiarity with automotive telematics and connected vehicle technology.
- Manage internal and external business reviews
- Solve complex, technical problems with simple, innovative, and practical solutions
- Monitor key quality metrics, define and implement initiatives to drive product and process improvements
- Work within time constraints and deliver results to meet critical business needs
- Collecting feedback from product users to build next generation safety tools
- Must be able to travel to occasional team offsites and to visit delivery stations as needed. ~10-15% per quarter

Basic Qualifications
- 5 years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Familiarity with automotive telematics, connected tech.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all organizational levels.
- Excellent product management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams demonstrating experience in owning/driving roadmap strategy with end-to-end product delivery.
- Proficiency with data analytics.
