We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager who has a passion for innovating on behalf of customers using the latest Large Language Model (LLM).
Key job responsibilities
As a part of the Smart Home Voice Experience team, you will be responsible for helping customers to control, configure, and troubleshoot their smart home devices, using a natural and conversational style, powered by Large Language Model (LLM). You will own and be responsible for defining the roadmap and implementing features to enhance the voice interaction experience. You will build experiences and measure success using quality KPIs.
A day in the life
As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you have an enormous opportunity to impact the customer experience, design, architecture, and implementation of products and services. You will drive product strategy and definition, and collaborate with UX design, engineering and science to develop and launch features. You will deliver recommendations to senior executives and drive alignment across levels, functions, and organizations.
The ideal candidate has a passion for innovating on behalf of customers, solid understanding of the software development process, and a demonstrated track record of delivering new features and products. They value collaboration, data-driven decision making, learning, autonomy, and can comfortably communicate with others, in both technical and non-technical roles.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- MBA
- 5 years of technical product management, program management or engineering experience
- Experience in software development

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $149,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $258,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
