As a Sr. Product Marketing Manager on the Seller Growth team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the marketing strategy for products that empower Amazon's third-party Sellers to grow their businesses successfully. You will own the development, execution, and measurement of high-impact marketing and sales initiatives for technical products to unlock product growth. You will be the single threaded owner in Seller Growth team for marquee marketing initiatives such as Amazon Accelerate, our annual selling partner conference.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Key job responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and execute a scalable product marketing framework for our analytics and recommendations products
- Collaborate with Product and technical teams to drive product-led growth initiatives, growing Seller traffic and engagement of our products
- Identify and create compelling audience-focused sales and marketing collateral and playbooks to drive value-based conversations and campaigns.
- Be the single threaded owner for Seller Growth products at Amazon Accelerate, in collaboration with the central Accelerate planning team
- Design, track, and report on traffic metrics that evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
- 6 years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or equivalent
- Knowledge of analytics tools and web traffic reporting
- 5 years of professional non-internship marketing experience
