Amazon's Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) seeks a Senior Program Manager with a strong technical skill set and a proven ability to influence across multiple organizations. Over the last 20 years, the need to quickly deliver at lower cost continues to be important to our Customers and Sellers. With Sellers in multiple countries listing their products for sale on the Amazon Marketplace, these Sellers are increasingly critical to delivering on Amazon’s vision of offering the Earth’s largest selection and lowest prices. In our vision to build a global marketplace, we are building tools, products, and mechanisms that enable Amazon and sellers to make intuitive choices about how they send their inventory into Amazon’s Fulfillment Network in order to make their selection available to customers globally efficiently.
You will join a dynamic team at the forefront of this vision, to grow our suite of inbound mechanisms, creating a richer experience while improving FBA profitability. This role will expose you to finance and operations and provide the ability to reshape their experience by owning continuous improvements for a strategic global supply chain program. You will develop and report on business metrics that enable your program goals, work cross functionally with product, finance, engineering, and analytics stakeholders, and develop automation mechanisms to drive scalability.
Key job responsibilities
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive growth in one of the underpenetrated segments for FBA and to partner with Science, Ops, Business and Finance to drive reduction in cost to serve our Customers.
• Drive operational excellence across inbound and capacity projects and find opportunities to grow, scale, and improve existing FBA programs, launch new products, and successfully measure outcomes
• Drive alignment with senior leaders (including L8 ) and key cross-functional partners
• Identify automation opportunities to scale SX services and tools – design processes and procedures that scale with the business’ growth in volume, complexity across Established and Emerging Marketplaces
• Set delivery/completion dates of program milestones and establish a regular review cadence to report on the state and impact of your initiatives according to established goals
• Utilize metrics to deep-dive into issues and uncover business-driving trends and patterns. Set-up mechanisms to audit and perform necessary course corrections where needed to meet business objectives
• Partner closely with other program/product managers, category teams, operations associates and tech leads to deliver on your roadmap
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
- 2 years of driving process improvements experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
