Info Benchmarking is a critical program within the Information Data Operations team focused on evaluating and improving our AI products through comprehensive data analysis and market insights. We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our team in Santa Barbara, CA.
As a Senior Program Manager, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the AGI Information organization to generate crucial data that informs product roadmaps and decision making. In this role, you will coordinate our external data and market insights programs across multiple teams. These vital initiatives will help us identify areas for product improvement and eliminate defects, ultimately enhancing our AI services for customers.
The ideal candidate will be a senior-level individual contributor who excels in navigating ambiguity and can operate effectively at all organizational levels. You should possess strong attention to detail, a firm grasp of data analytics, and a reputation for customer-centric thinking. We're looking for someone who can bring simplified solutions to complex problems and consistently delivers on commitments. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, as you'll be working with both internal and external stakeholders.
Key job responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end competitive benchmarking initiatives across key AI products to inform product strategy and positioning
- Oversee program operations, including vendor management, data pipelines, and internal reporting workflows
- Analyze complex quantitative and qualitative data to uncover actionable insights and competitive gaps
- Partner closely with product and engineering teams to translate findings into prioritized feature improvements and strategic decisions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and third-party partners to ensure alignment and data quality
- Synthesize and present benchmarking results and recommendations to senior leadership to support high-impact decision-making
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
