AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. In other words, we're the people who keep the cloud running. We support all AWS data centers and all of the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on. You'll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles. AWS Networking needs to provide the capacity to carry all traffic to support AWS customers and function efficiently. It needs to balance efficiency, performance and reliability to allow customers access to their applications and data. In this role, you will join the team that owns the forecast of all network hardware needed to build the network. This forecast is used both to plan and execute procurement, ensuring that the network scales timely and never constrains service growth. You will work directly with software teams developing automation, applied scientists, networking, finance and supply chain teams. You will work directly with leaders across multiple organizations to drive the levers needed for capacity to scale on time through automation.
We are looking for a leader who is able to break down complex business processes supported across multiple teams, identify the largest opportunities, and build a strategy that software can follow long term while balancing out short-term requirements. You will need strong leadership and judgement, the ability to drive large programs and the capacity to collaborate with multiple cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years of technical product or program management experience
- 7 years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 3 years of software development experience
- 5 years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
