Amazon Delivery’s Customer Experiences team (ADX CX) is seeking our next Senior UX Designer to join us in shaping products and services that will enable millions of customers worldwide to control when, where, and how they receive and manage purchases from Earth’s largest selection. As a diverse group of design and research professionals, this means driving innovation for our customer experiences alongside Amazon's ever-evolving delivery, returns, and re-commerce capabilities and services. We partner with multi-disciplinary teams across our organization and Amazon to ensure these innovations are easy, reliable, seamless, and delightful for customers worldwide.

Key job responsibilities
As a key driver in designing solutions and up-leveling the quality of our customer experiences, you will:
• Bring forward innovative ideas and solutions and raise the bar on customer's experience with delivery.
• Effectively advocate and design for the customer through objective data such as market analysis, customer insights, technical constraints/opportunities, and business insights.
• Partner closely with business and development teams to plan and balance immediate changes with long-term, scalable solutions.
• Quickly and thoroughly creating user flows, wire frames, visual designs, and prototypes to effectively concept and communicate detailed interaction behaviors that support decision making and development.
• Assess and optimize the effectiveness of new and existing features by proactively planning, performing, and advocating validation techniques like usability testing, user research, and interpreting analytic data.
• Present design work to UX partners, cross-disciplinary teams, and executive leaders.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 7 years of UX designer or interaction designer experience
- Have an available online portfolio
- Experience in delivering design solutions for projects of large scope and complexity
- Experience working with stakeholders to plan and execute programs that are strategic in nature
- Knowledge of best practices for information architecture and design
- Experience acquiring user data (e.g., conducting usability studies, performing user research) and creating personas and journey maps
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience designing customer facing retail products

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $127,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $211,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
