Job Summary:
Join the Amazon Community Impact Volunteering (ACIV) team in shaping a better tomorrow for our local communities, planet, and future generations. This role will be pivotal in supporting key strategies for 2025 by expanding skills-based volunteering programs, executing global volunteer campaigns, and streamlining go-to-market execution for new volunteer products.
Responsibilities:
- Build implementation plan for 1-2 skills-based volunteering products
- Design and execute skills-based volunteering pilot program for 1-2 product offerings
- Develop pilot program resources and communications materials
- Recruit volunteers and community partners to participate
- Lead project scoping and skills matching
- Develop training materials for volunteers
- Track and measure key performance indicators
- Analyze outcomes and capture learnings
- Provide recommendations for continuous improvement
Lead global strategy and execution for quarterly volunteering campaigns:
- Serve as a central point of contact across ACI teams to align on campaign strategy
- Support the campaign’s project manager to draft campaign tools and resources
- Define success metrics and track key performance indicators
- Analyze outcomes and capture learnings
- Provide recommendations for continuous improvement
Execute go-to-market strategies for new volunteer products:
- Serve as a central point of contact across ACI teams when launching new global products/features
- Execute go-to-market plans, including drafting communications, conducting training, engaging with partners to translate communications/trainings as needed
- Analyze outcomes and capture learnings on product launches
- Provide recommendations for continuous improvement
Skills:

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
