Key job responsibilities

• Partner with hiring teams to execute sourcing and assessment approaches
• Source passive candidates through various channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, internal databases, and Boolean search techniques
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive market research
• Track and report on key sourcing metrics and hiring funnel data
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS
• Support recruitment events and initiatives
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 1 years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience
- Bachelor's degree, or 2 years of full-time Amazon experience
- Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience managing high volume as well as niche hiring
- Experience leading or participating in technology hiring events, technology mixers, and regular attendance and participation at technology meetups and technology user groups

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $50,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $109,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
