Job ID : 2851721 | Amazon Web Services Philippines Inc.The Amazon Web Services (AWS) Recruiting team is seeking a customer-focused Sourcing Recruiter who is interested in working with a team of Builders and has a penchant for innovation.You will successfully manage, prioritize, and close multiple requisitions against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and understanding how to prioritize and meet or exceed target expectations to delight the customers. You will partner closely with hiring managers across multiple business lines to create customized hiring strategies for addressable talent pools and market conditions. In addition to end-to-end recruitment responsibilities across multiple hiring requests concurrently, you will work on both tactical and strategic projects to continuously innovate for our customers.If you thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, desire to create an amazing experience for candidates and internal clients, and have a demonstrated track record of success in recruiting, the Amazon Web Services recruiting team could be the right place for you.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS At least 3 years of recruiting experience in a corporate and / or search firm with a focus on sourcing and candidate generation.Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing strategies and tools, including proactive phone and internet research.Experience managing and prioritizing recruitment and client relationships.Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customer.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to execute recruiting strategy, candidate management, and diversity sourcing.Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary degree.CTS / ATS experience with sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Analytic skills with the ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as a team leader and member.Here at Amazon We embrace our differences and are committed to furthering our culture of inclusion.- Our team puts a high value on work-life balance.
