The AB team is seeking a talented and highly motivated Sr. Contracts Manager. The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience supporting strategic and commercial sales efforts (pre- and post-award) and overseeing post-award contract execution, management, and compliance. • Serve as the voice of the business to advise on, enable, and ultimately be held accountable for, contract compliance.
  • Own contract management for all AB public sector contracts and Contracts team operations (e.g., compliance documentation and activities).
  • Develop processes to ensure compliance obligations are being met and enhance team and cross-organization performance.
  • Drive large-scale efforts that solve complex or endemic problems to mitigate risk and accelerate revenue growth.
  • Decompose complex processes into straight-forward solutions, often inventing new ones to deliver on cross-organization contractual issues.
  • Help scope, design, and develop processes and methodologies to address business needs while removing contracting roadblocks.
  • Make strong, data-driven business decisions consistently. Recognize when designs/solutions require additional guidance (e.g., from senior management, stakeholders, or SMEs).
  • Build the case for new programs/processes; influence teams to dedicate resources, and lead the effort through completion.
