As the Sr. Manager of Campaign & Compliance team, you will be responsible for leading the Campaign, Retrofits, Recalls and Compliance team. In this role, you will lead and develop a high performing team, set short-term & long-term strategy to meet our key goals and drive improvement. You will coordinate with operational teams, technical teams and other business stakeholders across the company to implement campaigns and meet Amazon's compliance goals.
The ideal candidate will have a broad skill set including strong vendor management, analytical horsepower, excellent business judgment, deep curiosity about how things work, a passion for creating a world class experience for our customers and excellent written and verbal communication skills. You must be willing to challenge the status quo in order to improve existing workflows and processes to enhance customer experience and drive performance. This role will require strong leadership skills and interaction/influence with teams across Amazon to drive the development of our maintenance business.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $225,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Basic Qualifications
- 7 years of team management experience
- - 12 years of product or program or project management experience
- - Bachelor’s, Master's degree or MBA
- - 7 years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- - 7 years of managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- - Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience in fleet maintenance
- Knowledge of FMCSA regulations, OEM maintenance schedules, and vendor management best practices
