The Sr. Marketing Operations Manager plays a pivotal role on the team and act as an owner for outbound marketing governance and operational performance. This individual will 1) support the day-to-day execution of global email campaigns, 2) promote worldwide adoption and provide training for both internal and external software solutions, and 3) design and implement global strategies to enhance the accuracy and effectiveness of email communications. They will regularly deep dive into issues to determine the root cause and partner with stakeholders for resolution.
Key job responsibilities
Ensure organizational adherence to WW email channel best practices, along with proper platform management and upkeep.
Identify, develop and implement scalable solutions for improved email channel operational performance.
Collaborate closely with technical teams, marketing stakeholders and international counterparts to deliver global solutions.
Recommend and implement new ideas (project plans, collaborations with internal and external teams) to optimize program performance.
Track email best practices, industry trends, and make proactive recommendations.
Leverage automation to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience in audience segmentation and targeting
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Bachelors degree
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 6 years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience in B2B, digital advertising, and ad-tech products/services
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience with Marketo, or similar email platforms

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $112,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $186,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
