Would you like to be part of creating inclusive experiences everywhere? Inclusive Experiences and Technology’s (IXT) is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategy and Business Operations to make things easier for stakeholders, drive strategic planning and develop robust operational processes, support successful organizational scaling and operational efficiency, while having fun in the process. You will lead and support programs and initiatives across IXT and collaborate with other central teams within PXT.
Key job responsibilities
- Manage long-range and annual planning cadence which operationalizes our strategy into actionable programs and initiatives.
- Lead the business cadence for IXT in partnership with PXT leadership including running and improving mechanisms to set, manage and track goals, and ensure accountability for results.
- Drive weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews for IXT leadership.
- Develop new mechanisms and processes to increase operational efficiency.
- Serve as program manager for key projects, driving the strategic vision and project execution forward.
- Create mechanisms to connect and align goals upstream to Amazon and downstream within Amazon.
- Partner with the Program Managers across IXT to ensure close alignment on strategic priorities.
