Our team is looking for a Sr. Program Manager who can build and scale mechanisms to support internal readiness for product, process, and service launches. In this highly cross-functional role, you will lead and influence across business teams to meet your program goals. You will identify and mitigate risks that will negatively impact our partners/drivers, remove roadblocks and provide alternate solutions that provide the best customer experience. You will set objectives, analyze data, execute on your plans, and drive quantifiable continuous improvement.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. - Designing and documenting a scalable launch process
- Driving complex projects focusing on results and metric measurement to launch flawlessly and on time
- Partnering with initiative owners and using influence to ensure requirements for new launches are met
- Developing a perfect launch metric, including escalations data, and tracking our performance against it
- Conducting retrospectives to identify opportunities to further improve our launch process
- Removing roadblocks, and identifying and mitigating risks

Basic Qualifications
- 5 years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 2 years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
