The Global Delivery Service Partner (DSP) organization is seeking an exceptional Senior Product Manager to lead a strategic initiative reshaping our global last mile delivery for Amazon Business (AB) customers.

A key part of this is our Delivery Service Partner (DSP) program, which empowers small businesses to build their own delivery companies using Amazon's proven logistics technology and processes. These DSP partners form the backbone of our last mile delivery network across 20 international markets, allowing us to provide a fast, reliable, and cost-effective delivery experience for our customers.
In this role, you will own the product strategy and roadmap for building AB services using DSPs while catering to the flexibility and volatility needs. You will be responsible for identifying customer pain points and optimization opportunities through data analysis to inform the product vision and roadmap. Leveraging your strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills, you will lead end-to-end product development, from ideation to launch, for innovative last mile delivery solutions.
Collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and other teams, you will bring these new products and features to life. You will also be called upon to communicate product strategies and recommendations effectively to senior leadership, driving critical business decisions in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
This is a truly global role, with the chance to transform Amazon's last mile delivery operations in over 20 countries around the world. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of product management experience, ideally in logistics, supply chain, or a related field. A background in technology innovation, process optimization or logistics is a plus. Our organization is based in the US, but we drive global operations across 20 countries. Domestic and international travel will be required 10-20% of the time.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Basic Qualifications
- 5 years of end to end product delivery experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products
- Experience in areas such as market research, statistics, finance or qualitative/quantitative research
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
- MBA
- Previous experience in logistics industry or supply chain
