The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Sales Pipeline & Lead Management:
- Manage the end-to-end lead lifecycle process, including assignment, tracking, and status updates.
- Monitor lead flow across systems (e.g., CRM, marketing automation) to ensure timely follow-up and data integrity.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to align on lead quality definitions and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Build and maintain lead scoring and routing logic to prioritize high-intent leads.
- Create dashboards and reports to measure lead conversion rates, lead aging, and pipeline attribution.
- Conduct root cause analyses on stalled leads or lead leakage.
- Partner with Sales Enablement to continuously improve lead handoff processes.
- Support data clean-up, deduplication, and enrichment initiatives.
- Provide recommendations for automation opportunities in lead management workflows.
- Own and manage specific sales business swimlanes, ensuring structured execution and alignment with overall sales strategy.
- Drive process improvements across swimlanes to streamline operations and maximize productivity.
- Collaborate with sales leaders to establish KPIs and performance metrics for each swimlanes.
- Define and implement strategic roadmap for sales enablement tools, including:
- Salesforce
- ZoomInfo
- RingLead
- SMC
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Marketo
- D&B Hoovers
- Configure and optimize these systems to support organizational requirements and lead funnel operations
- Establish automated workflows for data enrichment and maintenance
- Drive process improvement and change management – lead and deliver training to adopt and learn lead processes and products
- Collaborate with L&D to document and standardize training materials
- Represent Lead Operations in leadership meetings
- Ensure sales team adherence to consistent lead quality and follow-up processes
- 5 years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Knowledge of Salesforce administration and configuration
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights and process improvements
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Experience with lead scoring/routing tools (e.g., LeanData, Chili Piper)
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot)
- Experience supporting enterprise or mid-market sales teams
- Salesforce certifications
- Experience with parent-child account hierarchy management
- Background in sales enablement or sales training
- Experience with data migration and cleaning projects
- Experience with sales enablement tools (ZoomInfo, RingLead, Marketo)
- SQL skills – ability to query databases for lead-related insights, troubleshoot data discrepancies, and support reporting needs
- Strong Excel and data visualization skills
