We are looking for a Sr Product Manager, Tech to own, define, and drive the growth of Ring subscription products. As a product owner, you will have end-to-end ownership of the customer experience, from defining the vision through building and launching new subscriptions products while supporting our existing subscriptions in partnership with front-end and back-end technical teams. In this role, the candidate must be able to influence across multiple organizations, be an exceptionally strong communicator and analytical thinker, and have a history of delivering results.

You will develop mechanisms to gather customer and support feedback, analyze data, and present your recommendations. You will drive strategic thinking to help inform decisions aimed at making sure the business is providing the best value to our customers.
About The Team
The Ring Subscriptions product management team is responsible for all areas of the roadmap, spanning new product launches, lifecycle, international expansion and working with the engineering team on scalability. We work closely with all cross-functional teams including engineering, program management, sales, marketing, UX, accounting, and legal to name a few. We strike a balance between moving fast and bias for action, and data-driven decision making and customer obsession.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and online services on tight deadlines
- Knowledge of agile product development and life-cycle management process
