Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Key job responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional programs to identify, analyze, and resolve station-level challenges impacting delivery associate satisfaction and performance
- Develop and maintain comprehensive monitoring systems for operational metrics, including staging efficiency, package readiness, and station congestion patterns
- Partner with regional teams to analyze DSP DA feedback and operational data, creating actionable insights that drive network-wide improvements
- Design and implement standardized audit frameworks aligned with SOPs, ensuring consistent execution across multiple geographies
- Collaborate with field teams to conduct targeted investigations of operational hot spots and implement corrective action plans
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across safety, operations, and DSP management teams
- Scale successful initiatives across regions and develop best practice sharing mechanisms
- 5 years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- 2 years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
- PMP
- International program management experience
