The B2B Payments and Lending team provides invoicing, working capital and payment acceptance solutions to Amazon Business customers, sellers and other small business customers across Amazon. Within ABPL team, ABPL Credit Management team drives credit decisions for 1P Products with the objective to maximize credit access, reduce credit friction and maintain healthy balance sheet risk.
ABPL Credit Management team is seeking an innovative, customer-centric, and results-driven individual to join as a Sr. Program Manager helping our organization, business and product scale effectively for long term.
Key job responsibilities
The key focus of the role in scaling ABPL Credit Management will include following:
1) Scaling high performing organization: This leader will drive strategic initiatives that help improve specific elements of being a higher performing organization, which include (1) business strategy, (2) processes, (3) org structure, (4) rewards & recognition, and (5) people. They will work collaboratively with ABPL Credit Management leaders to prioritize and drive specific opportunities that move the needle on organizational effectiveness.
2) Scaling through efficient mechanisms: This role will lead the design and simplification of our team mechanisms related to planning, business reviews, product roadmap, weekly audit, and resource management. The goal is for the WW Credit Management team to effectively manage our business, supporting our leaders connected to the “right” details, and ensure clear alignment with partners.
3) Scaling through effective 360 communication: This leader will help assess opportunities where we can improve our communication, establish patterns of communication (audience, channel, message), set direction for Credit Management leaders to drive essential communication with our stakeholders.
To be successful in this position, the individual must be able to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced, highly demanding, and often ambiguous environment, while maintaining attention to detail. The preferred candidate will have experiences leading and scaling projects/programs with multiple internal & external stakeholders from inception to launch with demonstrated data-driven decision making and business acumen. Above all, the successful candidate will have passion for customer success. In this role you will work closely with risk managers, credit analysts, product managers, scientists and stakeholders across Finance, marketing, GTM, and Sales to streamline development of new initiatives at scale--ultimately to help customers getting the capital they need to grow.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
